Hello! My name is Gizelle.  Our team is excited that you are here, because this means that you want Human Resources practices for your Start Up.  Whether you are a brand new Start Up that needs to know how to hire your first employee or you have already hired an employee, I know you will find value from this blog.  Whether you have hired one or ten employees, we have developed a strategic list of content that will train you to function as a professional.  First, Why this blog?

Why We Started This Website

We are here to serve you!  We want your Start Up to succeed, because we believe in the Start Ups that made us a great country.  We know that regulations are putting strains on new start ups and other small companies as well.  Our mission is to educate companies about HR, so that they can find and retain the best talent to bring results to their company.  We are here to show you what you need to do to be compliant with regulations.  We want companies to know what compliance agencies are saying and doing.  There is danger lurking around the corner from regulation auditing agents that are penalizing companies up to 50% of annual revenue and in some cases up to 3 million dollars.  These agencies have stated that they know that 75% of companies are not compliant.  They have also stated that they are aware of easily fine-able mistakes in start ups and small businesses because most of these companies do not have HR or HR practices in place. This makes start ups and small business an easy target. One of these agencies has also stated that they will be auditing all employers with benefits by 2018. We are here to contribute to your success in your start up or already profitable company. Who is Gizelle

I am a Certified Human Resources Advisor with a PHR Certification from Human Resources Certification Institute and a SHRM-CP Certification from Society for Human Resource Management. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, Public Relations.  I also serve on local chapter boards that educate HR professionals on the latest in HR law, challenges, opportunities and culture.  Let’s put this to use and get you started.
